YOU AIN'T THE BOSS OF ME
It's ya boy ET and man; I am so excited about this book! You Ain't The Boss of Me is a gamechanger for students, teachers, and parents alike! Being misunderstood by others is a terrible thing. Not knowing who you are or what you can do, and not being able to explain why is even worse! You Ain't the Boss of Me is positioned to educate us all on who we are, who our students, children, classmates are and, how we can all succeed once we know how to play to our strengths by identifying and avoiding our weaknesses!
Every kid has the promise of greatness within them — every single one. The key to nurturing that greatness is knowing each child's unique approach to learning. I'll be honest with you. If you coached football and ran the same plays every game, every week, every season, you'd get beat daily. The best coaches learn their squad's strengths then mix and match their plays to bring out the best in their team. Great teachers do the same. By identifying a kid's unique approach to learning, their "superpower," teachers are better able to coach their students to greatness! Unfortunately, most kids don't even know that they have a superpower and, that's where "You Ain't The Boss Of Me" comes in. Every student CAN succeed! They just need the right tools to make that happen. Every child wants to achieve greatness; it's our job to teach them how.
I firmly believe if you don't know you can fly, you'll always think you can't.
- Eric Thomas

EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT CURRICULA
The Leader’s Guide provides up to 100-120 hours of entrepreneurship education, structured in 90-minute lessons with small group discussions and hands-on research. Every lesson provides instructions for at least 30-45 minutes of practice activities to be completed individually or in teams.
As they progress through the nine units of study, students conduct real-world business research, develop business plans, create marketing materials, learn to manage business finances, and improve teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
This power-packed workbook provides helpful worksheets and easy-to-use templates for conducting business research, writing a 22-page business plan, creating financial reports, and managing a business. At the end of the course, students keep their workbooks, which contain their business plans and goals for the future.
Imagine A Classroom Where...
School Days is the only proven educational enrichment program that codifies not only the strategies and methodology needed to impact your student body positively; it also provides step-by-step instruction designed to transform positively both your teachers and student body.
The step-by-step system inside School Days will boost classroom performance more in a month than most education programs do in a year:
The single most effective way to connect with your students and earn their respect
(once you learn this managing the class becomes easy)
The truth about results-focused teaching
(and chances are, it's not what you think it is).
How to create a healthy enthusiasm, curiosity, and love for learning within your student body
(and ultimately become productive citizens).
High standards and expectations of students
were clearly defined and aimed to promote a culture of accountability and ownership.
Effective school leadership
and administration that encourages high levels of collaboration and communication.
A supportive learning environment
that got students excited about going to school and operating at their highest possible levels of achievement.
High levels of family and community involvement
Focused professional development opportunities,
including the training, tools, and resources you need to be successful in front of the classroom.
When students lose interest, performance suffers, which turns into:
Lack of classroom participation
Poor information retention
Lower test scores
This doesn't have to be the reality in your classroom. With just one hour a week, you will close the achievement gap in your school, PERMANENTLY.
