Dr. Eric Thomas wrote a book designed around the DISC assessment for teachers to uncover each student’s superpowers! In part one of the book, students and their teachers will learn what their strengths are and why these strengths exist. In part two of the book, the readers will connect with a potential future career and gain exposure to optional career paths to travel.
Because the principles of DISC are simple, easy to apply, and easy to understand, there are a number of applications for this behavioral tool in the classroom.
